SAMPLE PROGRAMME
SYNOPSIS:
The aim of this programme is to provide current and prospective project and programme managers with an understanding of the theory and practice of leadership behaviours and the contribution such behaviours make to the delivery of significant and sustained value through projects and programmes. We will explore the behaviours, skills and capabilities that will enable us understand and develop our individual capacity to lead others and, by doing so, to aspire to an environment where programme success becomes inevitable.
Delegates for this programme will already have attended training programmes covering the core skills and competencies for managing projects and will be thoroughly conversant with the tools and techniques of project management. They will have established expertise and hands-on experience of working in or managing projects and will be in or about to assume project management positions.
This programme is also suitable for programme sponsors who wish to gain an understanding of the leadership role they can assume, and the contribution they can make, towards programme success.
