We offer support from individual experts in the field of Agile and project management as well as entire teams.

In the case of B2B cooperation, we offer settlement in the proportion of 80/20, where 80% is the expert’s remuneration, and 20% is our margin.

If we find an employee matched to the organisation and team, we charge a commission of 20% of the candidate’s annual salary after a three-month trial period.

If the company does not decide to extend the contract with the person recommended by us, we do not charge the remuneration.
