On the one hand, the rash of recruitment advertisements, on the other hand, a rich training offer and prestigious certificates along with the promise of finding a dream job, cause that we decide to reskill.
THINKING ABOUT RESKILLING?
Plan it! Approach it like any other project. Find a way to gain experience and look for support, and let training and certification be just the icing on the cake. We are not saying that it is not important, because it may happen that you will not get your dream job due to lack of it, but choose the one that will help you achieve the GOAL – employment in a new role. According to the 70/20/10 rule, we learn the fastest in practice, then from others, and only to a small extent participating in the training.
PRACTICE
(ex: work in a project)
EARNING FROM OTHERS
(mentoring, coaching, networking)
FORMAL EDUCATION
(lectures, workshops, books)
You are part of projects or working groups.
You are a member of a committee working in charge of a special task.
You are seconded to another assignment or given stretch assignments on the job.
That is why we have decided to supplement our training offer with on-job training. How does it work? Sign up for an Agile in Practice workshop where you will work on a real project that you can continue with our support after the training, gaining valuable experience.
Cooperation after the training has a barter formula – you help us to deliver the project, and we give you tools and support.
